Shivendra Kundra is one of the founding partners of Kundra & Bansal. Before becoming a partner in Kundra & Bansal, he worked for the consulting firm, Arthur Andersen, for three years as an in-house counsel. He was admitted to the Indian Bar in 1991.
Shivendra has degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Delhi, India. He has also been a recipient of the British Council's Chevening Scholarship.
In the course of his career spanning over twenty years, he has advised large and medium-sized businesses, including transnational and local Indian companies.
Shivendra’s practice areas are: franchising; M&A and corporate; inbound and outbound investments. Shivendra is an office bearer of the International Bar Association, and also a member of the Inter Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
