Middle or Senior Associate - Tax, Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial

To strengthen our legal practice in TAX, DUSPUTE RESOLUTION, CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL, we are looking for a confident mid-level lawyer (or higher) to join the team of partner Vitalii Savchuk.

Vitalii Savchuk leads five practices at LA Law Firm: Corporate, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, Tax, and Employment. Vitalii is a progressive leader recognized among the top professionals in intellectual property, dispute resolution, taxation, commercial, corporate and labour law by numerous national and international rankings.

To do:

• Criticize the ideas of senior colleagues
• Set tasks for junior colleagues
• Check the results of junior colleagues
• Drive results that you would not be sorry to pay yourself

Requirements:

• Professional education
• 5+ years of experience
• English at upper-intermediate level and higher
• Experience in at least one of the following practices: tax, dispute resolution, corporate & commercial
• Preparation of memos, legal opinions and similar analytics

Qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, both Ukrainian and English
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
• Responsibility and ability to make decisions
• Excellent team player
