Junior or Middle Associate - Public Procurement

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Public Procurement Associate - a confident Junior or Middle professional - to work under the leadership of Counsel Oleksandr Bondar.

To do:

• Provide legal support to clients, primarily leading international and Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies, and address their inquiries.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of legislation and develop practical recommendations for its application.
• Prepare legal documentation, participate in negotiations, and develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Execute tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Law
• 3+ years of experience
• Thorough understanding of public procurement processes
• English at upper-intermediate level and higher
• Preparation of memos, legal opinions and similar analytics

Key skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop effective legal strategies.
• Exceptional teamwork abilities, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• High level of responsibility and decision-making capability.
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking.
