Junior or Middle Associate - Pharmaceutical Regulation & Corporate

To strengthen our Pharmaceutical Regulation & Corporate practices, Legal Alliance law firm invites a lawyer – junior or mid-level – to join our team. In this role you will work under supervision of managing partner Dmytro Aleshko.

To do:

• Provide legal support to clients (mainly leading international and Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies) and respond to their requests
• Criticize the ideas of senior colleagues, set and check the tasks for junior colleagues
• Drive results by yourself and maintain high levels of productivity

Requirements:

• Professional education
• 5+ years of experience
• English at upper-intermediate level and higher
• Preparation of memos, legal opinions and similar analytics

Qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, both Ukrainian and English
• Responsibility and ability to make decisions
• Great team player abilities, flexibility and positive attitude
• Critical thinking, logical reasoning and inference for data analysis skills

Advantage:

• Professional experience in recognized law firms or international companies
• LLM degree
• Interest in business processes
• Attorney's certificate
• Sense of humor
