The NGO "100 PERCENT OF LIFE" expresses its gratitude to LLC "LAW FIRM LA (KYIV)" for their cooperation and legal support throughout 2024-2025 in implementing the legal component of the project within the framework of the program "Sustainable Response to HIV and TB Epidemics in War Conditions and Restoration of Ukraine for 2024-2026." As part of the project, lawyers of LA LAW FIRM conducted a legal analysis of the current legal acts governing the procurement, storage, logistics, and use of ARVs, PTPs, medicines for the treatment of viral hepatitis, and medicines used in OST. These medicines are supplied at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine and donor funds, and the legal team prepared comprehensive analytical materials. Based on the work carried out by the legal team under the leadership of advisor Oleksandr Bondar, the main problematic issues in these areas were identified, verified, and recommendations for their resolution were formed. During the cooperation, LA LAW FIRM demonstrated a thorough and systematic approach to the implementation of the assigned tasks, as well as flexibility despite limited deadlines.
