On August 18, 2022, the long-awaited new Law of Ukraine dated July 28, 2022 No. 2469-IX "On Medicinal Products" entered into force for the pharmaceutical sector, which will be gradually implemented over the next 6 years. On September 6-7, the Legal Alliance law firm held a webinar where more than 150 participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with legislative innovations and get an expert opinion on the restructuring of business processes within the company, taking into account the new requirements.
