Restrictions for evaders under the new draft law on mobilization: mechanism of application

On February 7, the Verkhovna Rada supported the so-called draft law on mobilization (No. 3562-IX) in the first reading. Members of Parliament of Ukraine submitted more than 4000 amendments to the draft law, which are currently being actively considered by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence (the Committee). According to preliminary reports, the voting on the relevant draft law will take place no earlier than the second half of March.
