Pharmaceutical market in 2025: what are the first effects of the new price regulation?

A webinar on 'Revolutionary changes in the regulation of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine: UPDATE' was recently held, organised by LA Law Firm, with the Apteka.UA Weekly as the media partner.

The event summarised the results of the introduction of new pricing for medicinal products, the formation of the National Catalogue of Prices for Medicinal Products (hereinafter referred to as the National Catalogue), restrictions for distributors on entering into marketing services agreements, and recommendations from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), among other things.
