Successful support of Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support inspections for international companies
In March 2025, the LA Law Firm team, led by Associate Partner Lidiia Sanzharovska and Senior Associate, Attorney-at-law Victoria Hanzhelo successfully assisted two international companies during inspections of military registration conducted by the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support.
Inspection outcome:
- The proper maintenance of military registration has been confirmed;
- Recommendations were issued regarding rectification of identified deficiencies without the imposition of penalties;
- Effective communication was established between the companies and the respective Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support.
The aforementioned outcome was achieved as a result of thorough preparation for the inspection and a well-chosen strategy for its support.
Thus, in preparation for the relevant inspections, the LA Law Firm team ensured the creation and/or systematic arrangement of document packages required by the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support. These packages included orders, job descriptions, lists of personal military records for four categories with supporting files, operational records, schedules and materials related to internal and external audits, documents confirming the systematic conduct of explanatory work regarding the adherence to military registration regulations, etc. Furthermore, practical scenarios for direct participation in the inspection were discussed with key company personnel.
These cases are prime examples of successful legal support amid increased state control. A responsible approach to providing legal support during such inspections enables company leadership to remain focused on managing and running a business.
