
Replacement of client's senior management in Kazakhstan. Changing power structure for the office in local market
Legal Alliance successfully supported the complicated process of layoffs and hiring of senior management of the client's local office in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022.
The international company, in particular, has been advised on the preparation and implementation of the layoff procedure. The documents and strategies for all the possible scenarios of employment termination have been also developed.
Furthermore, these processes were accompanied by reshaping the global chain of command, whereupon our team completely updated the client's both the scope of new managers' authority and the regional chain of command.
