
Petty hooliganism case against former court employee closed
A former employee was defended, who allegedly used offensive language towards a current court employee, humiliating his honor and dignity, thereby disrupting public order and the peace of citizens. Based on these circumstances, an administrative offense report was filed under Part 1 of Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
When considering the administrative offense report in court, due to the successful development of a strategy and tactics for client defending, the evidence collected, the administrative proceedings against the client were closed due to the absence of an administrative offense in the client's actions. The appellate court upheld the lower court's decision.
