Alexander Botian, Partner, Borovtsov and Salei

Alexander Botian has extensive experience in providing legal services to Belarusian companies and foreign legal entities. Partner of Law firm of Borovtsov & Salei since 2002, member of the working group for developing of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, Arbitrator of the International Arbitrage Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and of the International Arbitrage Court at the Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan.

Conducted work on studying and negotiating of various contracts and agreements in the scope of economic relations. Has represented companies in a number of economic disputes, including before the Court at the Belarusian International Chamber of Commerce. Total work experience in the field of law – more than 25 years.
