Throughout his career, Vitalii successfully advises Ukrainian and international companies regarding intellectual property protection, tax law, import-export operations, structuring of labor relations model, drafting and execution of contracts, and representation in courts. Understanding the pressures faced by businesses in an increasingly regulated environment, he provides commercially relevant advice and protection to mainly pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies.

Professional achievements include victories in unique legal proceedings on intellectual property and tax disputes, as a result of which a new law enforcement practice was created in Ukraine. Over the past years Vitalii has expanded his practice far beyond Ukraine – multiple projects started in Eastern European and Central Asian jurisdictions through the local partners: tax, labor, regulatory, and dispute resolutions.

Also, Vitalii represented Ukrainian companies at international organizations, including World Intellectual Property Organisation, University of Geneva (Switzerland), European University "Viadrina" (Germany), where he gained unique experience in intellectual property law and human rights protection. As an international expert he joined the project and has spoken at workshops "Foundations for Policy and Regulatory Framework for Green Economy" supported by the UN within regional conferences on development of the green economy in Asia-Pacific and Africa in 2019-2020.

• Drafting the documents and advisory assistance to Ukrainian company regarding the international transfer of intellectual property rights (and their restrictions) for manufacturing technology of medicinal product and its brand.
