Head of tax, dispute resolution, intellectual property, employment and corporate law practices. Also advises companies on military accounting - personnel accounting and labor relations - under martial law.

Throughout his career, Vitalii has successfully advised Ukrainian and international companies on intellectual property protection, tax law, import-export operations, structuring labor relations models, drafting and executing contracts, and representing clients in court. Also, Vitalii represented Ukrainian companies at international organizations, including World Intellectual Property Organisation, University of Geneva (Switzerland), European University "Viadrina" (Germany), where he gained unique experience in intellectual property law and human rights protection. As an international expert he joined the project and has spoken at workshops "Foundations for Policy and Regulatory Framework for Green Economy" supported by the UN within regional conferences on development of the green economy in Asia-Pacific and Africa in 2019-2020.
