Experience and expertise

Maryna participates in projects to develop laws and regulations in the areas of social protection, pensions, education, healthcare, and pharmaceutical regulation.

Carries out comprehensive preparation of draft regulations in the field of healthcare, including: legal expertise of existing regulations, preparation of draft regulations with supporting documents, legal support during the approval of projects in central executive authorities, participates in consultations with stakeholders during public discussion of projects, and contributes to the development of recommendations based on the results of the implementation of initiatives introduced by regulations.

Maryna spent about 22 years working at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, where she provided legal expertise of regulatory acts, mainly in the areas of healthcare, social protection, pensions, education, and was engaged in legislative drafting.

She provides legal support and advice to clients on these issues.
