SPECIALISATION
Adam Krause has extensive experience in providing legal advice for entrepreneurs. He has advised on company law, acquisitions, takeovers, privatization, commercialization, conflicts between partners, as well as transport, logistics, energy law. He has edited, and negotiated various contracts and agreements in the scope of economic relations. He has represented companies in a number of economic disputes, including before the Supreme Court.
EDUCATION
Adam Krause is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Nicolas Copernicus (1995), and has been a legal counsel since January 2000. Adam passed his professional exam in OIRP (Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels) in Torun, and from May 2004 has been listed on OIRP legal counsels list in Warsaw.
MEMBERSHIPS
In 2006/2007 Adam was the initiator and co-founder of Eurojuris Poland and was the first President of the Board of Eurojuris Poland (2007/2008). He was also a member of the Board of Eurojuris International (2008/2009).
