Zoia Zamikhovska Participated as an Expert at Kyiv Medical Law School
On May 24 this year Medical Law School was held in Kyiv. Participants had an excellent opportunity to communicate and discuss the most interesting issues with the best experts in medical law.
Junior Associate at Legal Alliance Company Zoia Zamikhovska made the report on the advertising of medicinal products. In her report, Zoia covered the follow topics: normative regulatory of the advertising of medicinal products, difference in meanings and regulation of advertising and promotion of medicinal products, practical issues of advertising and elaboration of advertising materials, which are doubt for state authorities, and analysis of advertising cases. “The task of working lawyers to demonstrate students that the analysis of advertising materials includes not only checking the compliance of advertisement with legislation, but also complex approach to the understanding of the advertisement, assessment of the entire meaning of the advertisement, analysis of lexical forms used and other items of the advertisement. The advertising is the creative process of the good promotion using different slogans and bright pictures. All these elements are the certain meaning of the advertising. The task of lawyer to define secret meaning and to analyze it according to the current legislation” – Ms. Zamikhovska said.
At the conclusion, the lawyer noticed her wonder at organization of the event and the level of speakers. Coordinators succeeded to gather extra-motivated students, who have deep knowledge at speakers’ topics and initiate discussions on received information.
