Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ratified the Ukrainian-Irish Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation

On July 15, 2015 the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law on ratification of the Convention between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Ireland for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital gains from the alienation of property and its Protocol, committed April 19, 2013 in Kyiv.

The ratification of the Convention and the Protocol aimed at creating an effective bilateral legal framework for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital gains from the alienation of property in relations between Ukraine and Ireland.
