Seven practicies of Legal Alliance recognised by ULF 2022
The national guide Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients relaunched its research activity, despite the war in Ukraine. This is a project of the Yurydychna Practyka Publishing, which annually provides industry analytics by law experts. This English language guide outlines the expertise of local law firms and legal teams, and may become a powerful market intelligence source to speed up the rebooting of economic activity in Ukraine, as soon as the war is over.
For ethical and moral reasons, as many people have joined the armed forces and found themselves in difficult life situations, the analytical edition 2022 focuses on describing legal projects for the research period of the year 2021, without the ranking.

Antitrust and Competition

The team acted on resonant case and defends Dr. Yulia Kuzmenko who is suspected of murdering the journalist Pavlo Sheremet. During the pre-trial investigation, two complaints with the European Court of Human Rights were filed to protect Yulia Kuzmenko’s rights. Associate partner Taras Bezpalyy heads the practice.
