Taras Bezpalyy awarded with “Advocate of the Year – 2018” title in criminal law practice
On October 5th, 2018, the solemn ceremony of awarding winners of the all-Ukrainian independent public competition “Advocate of the Year – 2018” organized by the Ukrainian National Bar Association was held.
A considerable number of nominations from main areas of law were represented in the competition. It should be noted that the competition took place in 2 stages. First, the participants were assessed by on-line voting on the website of the Ukrainian National Bar Association to identify 5 finalists in each practice. At the second stage, the competition commission, without considering points of the first stage, analysed personal data of the finalists and their personal achievements for the last year.
Taras Bezpalyy, attorney-at-law and counsel at Legal Alliance Company, became a winner in the criminal law practice, having received the title “Advocate of the Year – 2018” in this area. His contribution to the development of criminal law practice was marked out during the on-line voting and was highly assessed by the competition commission.
