Public discussion No. 3: DRAFT ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH ON CHANGES IN THE FIELD OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS
On 2 January 2026, a notice was posted on the Ministry of Health website announcing the publication of a revised draft order of the Ministry of Health ‘On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine’ (hereinafter referred to as the Draft).
This is the third edition of the relevant Draft. We would like to remind you that the first edition of the Draft was published for public discussion on 16 June 2025, and the second edition on 6 October 2025.
