Original Medicine Registration File Returned to the Principal

Legal Alliance Company provided legal support to a property owner in criminal proceedings regarding return of the original medicine registration file seized at State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine during search.

As a result of seizure of the original medicine registration file, the principal was deprived of the possibility to complete the medicine registration procedure in Ukraine, and subsequently realize the medicine.

Due to fast and quality work of attorneys of Legal Alliance Company and upon consideration of the principal’s representatives’ complaints, court delivered a judgment obliging the pre-trial investigation authority to return original medicine registration file to the principal.

Now the original medicine registration file seized during search at State Expert Centre of Ministry of Health of Ukraine has been returned by the pre-trial investigation authority to their owner.
