MedBridge UA–PL

Last week, on February 25 and 26, 2026, our colleagues, Associated Partner Lidiia Sanzharovska and Senior Associate Viktoriia Hanzhelo, took part in a business mission of the Polish medical sector held in Lviv. The event was organised by Lublin Export Support Platform (Platforma Wsparcia Eksportu Lublin) and Lublin Medicine (Lubelska Medycyna) Cluster, the largest industry network in Poland – in partnership with Lviv Medical Business Cluster.

The event brought together representatives of Polish companies – manufacturers of medical devices for diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation, as well as representatives of Ukrainian healthcare facilities and public associations. During the event, our colleagues had the opportunity to share insights on regulatory developments in the field of medicine and healthcare in Ukraine.

Lidiia Sanzharovska: "MedBridge UA-PL is, primarily, about meaningful dialogue and finding common ground between our countries during such a challenging time. It was encouraging to see genuine interest from our Polish colleagues in the Ukrainian medical sector – from developments in rehabilitation to digital solutions for mental health. Events like this help us, as lawyers, better understand the dynamics of the industry and the challenges that investors and distributors are currently facing. These were inspiring days of professional networking."

Viktoriia Hanzhelo: "What impressed me most was the concentration of innovation in one place. When you speak directly with developers of unique biomaterials or diagnostic systems, you realize that the future of medicine is already taking shape, and it requires clear and transparent rules of interaction. The forum provided an excellent opportunity to hear business needs firsthand. It helps us stay connected to the current needs of the sector and see how European technologies can be effectively integrated into Ukraine’s healthcare system.”
