Lidiya Sangarovskaya-Gurlach acted as an expert at the III All-Ukrainian Antitrust Law School of the Ukrainian Worker Association Student League

On the 17-10th October the branch of the Student League in the Kyiv National Economic University of Hetman held the III All- Ukrainian Antitrust Law School. The best experts who practice in this sphere spoke to the attendants and shared their experiences.

The Legal Company Company was represented at the event by the Senior Associate Lidiya Sangarovskaya-Gurlach, one of the leading experts in the practice of antitrust and competition law of the Legal Company Company.

Ms. Sangarovskaya made a presentation on "Advertising and Unfair Competition: Theory and Practice". During her speech, the speaker made an emphasis on issues concerning comparative advertising, specifics of competition law, the concept and components of offenses in this area and so on.

Ms. Sangarovskaya also shared the secrets of advertisement analysis and talked about interesting cases of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine charging companies with liability for the use of advertisements, which violated legal norms and shared her own experience of conflict settlement in this sphere.
