Legal Alliance won another case on abolition of tax assessment
Legal Alliance Company obtained a court verdict in favor of their Client - a state enterprise, acting in the field of specialized medicinal products of Ukraine, on the market of the radioactive materials, on a claim for re-assessment of taxes as a result of the suspicions of the control authority of ties with an enterprise with fictitious insurance.
Legal position, worked out by Legal Alliance tax associates, allowed to prove reality of all insured transactions and economic orientation of compulsory insurance of radioactive products transportation. The appropriateness of this position was confirmed in the court of first instance as well as in the appellate court.
