Legal Alliance Has Defended the Television Commercial for a Pharmaceutical Product before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

Legal Alliance Company has successfully proved the absence of misleading information in the commercial for a pharmaceutical product aired on more than 20 channels in Ukraine during the prior and the current year.

While pharmaceutical product's commercial aired in Ukraine at the request of a foreign pharmaceutical company was being examined by the office of the AMCU the Legal Alliance Company prepared and furnished indispensable evidence that no elements of violation of the Ukrainian legislation on protection against unfair competition were present in the commercial in question (in particular, it was demonstrated that no dissemination of misleading information took place in connection therewith).

Preliminary evaluation of the commercial performed by the Legal Alliance long before it began airing on TV channels provided foundation for a strong legal position on the case at hand. Based on the results of the aforementioned analysis the Legal Alliance Company determined and eliminated all possible risks of infringing the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of advertising and protection from unfair competition.
