Legal Alliance Company leaves the Crimean market

Legal Alliance Company regrets to inform you that because of the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by the Russian Federation we made a difficult decision to leave the Crimean market.

Since October, 2014 Mr. Anatoliy A. Menshikov, partner and former Head of Crimean office, was appointed to lead the tax practice in Kyiv office of Legal Alliance.

Anatoliy A. Menshikov is graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University and Odessa National Law Academy. Prior to joining Legal Alliance Company, Mr. Menshikov occupied position of the General Counsel, Chief Tax Inspector of Legal Service to the State Tax Administration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The legal position of Mr. Menshikov in tax disputes often influenced the further formation of the legal practice in Ukraine. Anatoliy Menshikov is marked by the international studies and Legal 500 EMEA Legal Experts EMEA 2012 among the most recommended Ukrainian lawyers in corporate law and M&A.
