Legal Alliance announces the appointment of Vitalii Savchuk as a partner
Vitalii Savchuk, head of taxation, dispute resolution and intellectual property practices, has strengthened the Legal Alliance's partnership starting from January 2023.
Vitaii joined Legal Alliance law firm as a senior associate and subsequently held the positions of counsel and associate partner. Rapid career growth advancement and transition to partnership demonstrates resourcefulness, the ability to build effective teamwork and exceptional client service experience even in the most difficult times.

Throughout his career, Vitalii successfully advises Ukrainian and international companies regarding intellectual property protection, tax law, import-export operations, structuring of labor relations model, drafting and execution of contracts, and representation in courts. He represented Ukrainian companies at international organizations, including World Intellectual Property Organisation, University of Geneva (Switzerland), European University "Viadrina" (Germany), where he gained unique experience in intellectual property law and human rights protection.
Professional achievements include victories in unique legal proceedings on intellectual property and tax disputes, as a result of which a new law enforcement practice was created in Ukraine. Over the past years Vitalii has expanded his practice far beyond Ukraine – multiple projects started in Eastern European and Central Asian jurisdictions through the local partners: tax, labor, regulatory, and dispute resolutions.
