Consequences of suspension of the new List of OTC medicines prohibited for advertising

As soon as the pharmaceutical market began to recover from the adoption of the new List of OTC medicines prohibited for advertising (the “Prohibition List”), the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 1894 dated 02.11.2023 suspended its validity until 1 March 2024.
