Andrii Grubsky joined Criminal Law practice of Legal Alliance Company

Legal Alliance Company informs that starting August 2014 attorney-at-law Andrii Grubsky joined the criminal law practice of the company as of Counsel.

Within this practice our clients can get professional legal assistance of attorneys in matters of substantive and procedural law relating to criminal offenses in the sphere of economic activity (tax evasion, money laundering, smuggling, forcing bankruptcy etc.); white collar crime (excess or abuse of power etc.); crimes against property (theft, embezzlement, fraud etc.). In addition, attorneys of this practice provide legal counsel in representing of the interests of companies (and their management teams) during audits performed by authorities, as well as in the course of other relations with authorities.

Andrii Grubsky obtained master's degree of the Faculty of Law of the Institute of Law and Public Relations of the University "Ukraine", and Radio-technical Faculty of the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI".

Andrii Grubsky has a professional experience of nearly 25 years, during which he held legal and management positions in companies of different business spheres, both in Ukraine and abroad. In 2010 Mr. Grubsky obtained a certificate of attorney-at-law and focused on the individual legal practice in criminal law sphere.

Currently, Mr. Grubsky is the Head of the Committee for Protection of the Rights and Guarantees of Attorneys of the Bar Council of Kyiv Region.
