​Andrii Gorbatenko to Represent AIPM Ukraine in the Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

On February 24th, 2017 the founding meeting on formation of a new composition of the Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and its first meeting were held. Following the meeting, 41 members were elected to form the Public Council. Maximum number members of the advisory body was approved as well, which is 41 members.

Andrii Gorbatenko, Associated Partner of Legal Alliance Company, was re-elected as a member of the Public Council, where he had served as a delegate representatives of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in Ukraine (AIPM Ukraine) for four years.

According to Andrii Gorbatenko, “the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine today is a public authority which is the most open to dialogue with the business, and the Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is the most effective platform for such a dialogue”.

The Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is a permanent collegial elected advisory body, which is created to ensure the participation of citizens in public affairs, public control over the Committee activities, to establish effective interaction with the public and take into account public opinion at the formation and implementation of public policy in the area of protection of economic competition.
