Anatolii Menshikov took part in workshop concerning actions of lawyers during taxation inspections

Partner with Legal Alliance Company Anatolii Menshikov took part in workshop ‘Discussion of means of effective protection during taxation inspections and criminal proceedings related to taxation inspections. Role of the lawyer’ which held in Kiev, October 17, 2014.

The main stress was focused on question concerning actions of lawyers during taxation inspections.

Speakers reported about types and procedure of inspections including question of electronic inspections which will be used to business entities from 1/01/2016. Also speakers answered the question about procedure of authorization to taxation, documentary, field and actual inspections and drew the audience's attention on the role of taxation inspections in criminal proceeding and some aspects of pre trial examination.

Organizers of the event were Ukrainian Bar Association and National Association of Advocates of Ukraine.
