Policy making in the field of medical devices:
- Drafting of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of July 1, 2014, №216 “On Approval of the List of Medical Devices, Transactions on Supply of which within the Territory of Ukraine, and on Import of which to the Customs Territory of Ukraine are Subject to Value-Added Tax Payment at the Rate of 7 Per cent”.
- Participation in the drafting of the Cabinet of Ministers regulations in the field of public procurement of medicinal products and medical devices with the involvement of specialized international organizations, in particular: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) № 622 as of July 22nd, 2015, "Certain Issues of the Public Procurement of Medicinal Products and Medical Devices Involving Specialized Organizations Carrying Out Procurements", CMU Resolution № 787 as of October 8th, 2015, "On Approval of the List of Medicinal Products and Medical Devices Procured According to Agreements for Procurement with Specialized Procuring Organizations".
