Workshop "Problems of Dismissal: Recognition of Threats and Prevention of Undesirable Consequences"
Legal Alliance Company invites you to participate in the practical legal seminar for HRs "Problems of dismissal: recognition of threats and prevention of undesirable consequences", during this seminar we will share our own practice of participation in the procedures of "rough" dissmisals of employees of major companies, as well as describe the court practice on cases on recognition of dismissal as illegal, reinstatement and damage of average earnings during his forced absence, and so on.
