On January 1st, 2018 Ukraine switches to a new model of providing patients in in-patient units with pharmaceutical products. An important element of this system is the National List of Medicinal Products which determines the products for priority procurement by healthcare facilities funded from state and local budgets. The National List does not limit autonomy of customers to choose the products from the List they need, and after completing the need of the facility – other medicinal products included in the industry standards of treatment.
Legal Alliance Company invites you to take part in the workshop devoted to the process of implementation of the National List of Medicinal Products.
Representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Expert Committee for Selection and Use of Main Medicinal Products, representatives of some healthcare departments of local councils and heads of hospitals will be invited to participate in the workshop.
At the workshop discussion its participants will be able to discuss transition of procurement in the country to the National list model, main problem aspects which arise in the regions, their reasons and solutions, also look at the process from the business and budget fund management standpoint. We will also discuss different aspects of procurement process and how it affects patients and pharmaceutical companies.
