Workshop «Legal Trends of Labor Relations: Dismissal, Mobilization and Demobilization»
Every person who has connection with labor relations is waiting for adoption of new Labor Code this year. That is why Legal Alliance Company and personnel holding “ANKOR” have initiated the cycle of seminars ”Legal trends of labor relations” for personnel specialists for explaining the most important labor issues for market.
On May, 19 this year, from 15.00 till 18.00, we invite you to participate the first seminar “Legal trends of labor relations”, concerning issues of “problematic” dismissal, mobilization and demobilization.
During this seminar lawyers of labor practice of Legal Alliance Company will share their own experience of participation in the procedures of "rough" dissmisals of employees of major companies, as well as describe the court practice on cases on recognition of dismissal as illegal, reinstatement and damage of average earnings during his forced absence, and so on.
