Legal Alliance Company invites to participate in practical seminar “Investigations and Tax Audits in the office. Business Protection and Personal Security Issues” that will be held on April 01, 2016 in Kyiv from 15.00 till 18.00.

Proper preparation of employees for such visits is of great importance in the prevention of further negative consequences for the company. Requests from tax authorities and provision of information; reasons for documentary checks and counter-checks; management of audit results; adoption of a tax notification-decision; procedures for the appeal of tax notification-decisions; judicial practice concerning disputes about the appeal of tax notification-decisions.
