2. CMU Resolution "Some issues of state regulation of medicine pricing":
- Procedure for reference pricing for medicines.
- Procedure for declaring prices for medicines in the National Price Catalog.
- Procedure for creating and managing the National Price Catalog.
3. Draft CMU Resolution "Some issues of providing marketing and other services related to the sale of medicines to the end consumer, and the use of instruments for actual reduction of purchase prices after the transfer of ownership of goods":
- The limits of what is permitted.
- Tax aspects of marketing, promotion, advertising, visits, credit notes and discounts – opportunities and risks.
4. Draft amendments to the Licensing Conditions regarding the 20% restriction for distributors.
5. Review of early practical experiences with the 20% restriction on the sale of a medicine to a single distributor.
6. Adaptation of internal company policies to comply with the introduced restrictions. Balancing between regulatory and tax requirements.
7. Practical aspects of declaring medicine prices in the National Price Catalog.
8. Reimbursement and new price regulation of medicines.
9. Analysis of the List of information on the maximum reference prices of medicines.
