From December 31, 2013 Ukrainian Ministry of Health has improved new practice of prescribing medicines under INN, but not trade names.
Taking into consideration these recent changes and their influence to the marketing activity of pharmaceutical companies, Legal Alliance Company invites all pharmaceutical managers who might be interested in taking this webinar, to participate it and to discuss with our experts the most important issues of such amendments.

- The obligations of pharmacist when selling RX medicinal product, which are prescribing under the INN.
- Responsibility of physicians, pharmacists, health care institutions in case of the Rules for prescription infringement.
