Webinar: CHANGES TO THE PROCEDURE OF EMPLOYEE RESERVATION

On November 23, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published on its official website the Resolution "Some issues of reservation of employees for the period of mobilization and wartime" dated November 22, 2024 No.1332. This resolution introduced significant changes to the procedure for reserving employees during martial law, which had been discussed for a long time.
The relevant changes affected almost all key aspects of reservation:
- Calculation of reservation quotas: The approach to calculating the number of employees subject to reservation has changed;
- Standardized reservation procedure: A single method of reservation of employees has been established;
- Refined reservation criteria: New filters in reservation of employees have been introduced;
- Exemptions from automatic military registration: Specific cases when automatic enrollment in special military registration will not occur have been identified.
- Updated Diia Portal data: The list of information about employees that can be obtained through the Diia Portal has been changed;
- Transition period: A validation period for existing deferrals granted until 01.12.2024, has been established;
- Review of critical infrastructure designations: A mandated review of the decisions taken on the designation of enterprises, institutions, organizations as critically important by the authorized bodies within three months has been established;
- Revised criteria for critical infrastructure: New criteria for determining enterprises, institutions, organizations as critically important have been defined.
