As we have previously reported ukrainian pharmaceutical market received very desirable present from legislator – no expiry date of using re-registered medicines.

According to the provision of law #1707-VII which determined these novelties, medicines may be used till expiry date, set and labeled by producer

In the case when these medicines were produced and allowed to use on the territory of Ukraine during mentioned period.

Earlier in Ukraine was provided compulsory re-registration of medicines for each 5 years , medicines with expired time shouldn’t be sell on the territory of Ukraine.

During the webinar members of the market will receive the recommendations of lawyers concerning implementation of new procedure without receiving explanatory statement of regulator.
