Background to the event
With the deadline of March 27, 2026, set by the transitional provisions of Law of Ukraine No. 4122-IX, approaching, the dietary supplement market is entering a critical phase of implementing new rules. Despite the active work of state authorities and the professional community, as of today, a number of by-laws and regulations necessary for the full implementation of the provisions of Law No. 4122-IX are still being finalized. This creates a situation of increased regulatory uncertainty for market operators.
