PARTNERS' EVENT: Regulatory dialogue on dietary supplement reform: challenges, risks, and practical solutions
Background to the event
With the approaching date of entry into force of Law of Ukraine No. 4122-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Dietary Supplements, Regulation of Other Issues in the Field of Healthсare” (from September 27, 2025), as well as the publication by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of a draft order (on the approval of the list of permitted ingredients in dietary supplements), a number of challenges and questions arise in the market regarding new rules, transition periods, and risks for business.
