NEW REGULATION OF ADVERTISING: HOW THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY SHOULD PREPARE?
Advertising is expected to undergo the biggest changes in the last 20 years. On May 30, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Advertising" (draft law No. 9206). As of today, the Law has already been signed by the President of Ukraine and will be officially published. The law implements the norms of European legislation into the national legislation of Ukraine and includes many new norms necessary for the legal regulation of modern forms of advertising.
In the webinar, we will consider the most revolutionary changes that will take place in the field of advertising, and how pharmaceutical companies can adapt to them.
