Speaking for equal business conditions in the Ukrainian market of medical devices, the participants of the market are worried about the changes that have already been introduced and are expected in the direction of the state regulation of prices for medical products, especially foreign-made goods.

Prerequisites for creating an unhealthy competition in the market are primarily due to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order № 1000, that came into force on 08.05.2012, and also to the Cabinet of Ministers Decree № 955, as amended, in accordance with the August Cabinet of Ministers Decree № 762. According to importers of medical devices, a number of the provisions of these regulations need to be urgently reviewed and updated, in order to ensure equal conditions for business on Ukraine's domestic and foreign medical device manufacturing market.

The event will discuss the following questions:

What changes related to pricing of medical devices, made to the Decree № 955 of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine?
Will foreign-made medical products be included in the mandatory pharmacies minimum list of drugs and medical devices and what consequences will it have?
Is it necessary to revise mandatory minimum list of drugs and medical devices to pharmacies, approved by MOH of Ukraine order № 1000 in the part of medical devices and in what direction this list should be changed?
How will the reform of state prices regulation for foreign-made medical devices affect the interests distributors?
Since when business entities that sell drugs and medical devices must comply with the marginal increments established by the Decree № 955?
Will the state regulation of prices for medical products introduced by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in Resolution № 955 be applied solely for the implementation within pharmacies?
What ambiguous positions of CMU Decree № 955 and MOH of Ukraine Order № 1000 can obstruct the distributors of medical devices and what changes should be made to these documents in order to minimize those difficulties?
Changes that are expected by medical devices manufacturers in connection with the technical regulations entry into force in 2013, general requirements for manufacturers and conformity.
