Ms. Oksana Kondratieva has two higher educations: Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute, specialty: civil engineer andInstitute of Higher Qualification at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economy, specialization: science of law, lawyer.

For the last 17 years Ms. Oksana Kondratieva has held positions at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, having started with a position of a Principal specialist and then a Head of Unfair Competition Enquiry Department, and having achieved a position of a Deputy director of Competition policy Department at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.Married with two sons.

She is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association,  American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, European Business Association, Eurojuris International.
