Ms. Oksana Kondratieva has headed Antitrust and Competition Law practice area of Legal Alliance Company
Legal Alliance Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Oksana Kondratieva, an outstanding specialist in the field of Competition law, has joined our team.
Since July 01, 2011 Ms. Kondratieva has been at the head of Antitrust and Competition Law practice area as a Counsel with Legal Alliance Company.
For the last 17 years Ms. Oksana Kondratieva has held positions at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, having started with a position of a Principal specialist and then a Head of Unfair Competition Enquiry Department, and having achieved a position of a Deputy director of Competition policy Department at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Ms. Kondratieva’s main practice areas are Competition law, Intellectual property, Unfair competition, Unfair advertising, Struggle with pirate goods and piracy.
Ms. Oksana Kondratieva has two higher educations – technical education (Kyiv Civil Engineering Institute) and a legal one (Institute of Higher Qualification at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economy). Ms. Oksana Kondratieva took part in a number of international programmes for increasing qualification: in the USA (the Federal Trade Commission), Germany (the Centre for Struggle with Unfair Competition), France (a training trip within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation in the competition policy field, concluded by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the General Directorate of the Ministry of Economics of France on competition, consumption and fight against roguery in France) and Bulgaria (an internship within the framework of the EU Project "Harmonization of competition and public procurement systems in Ukraine with EU standards").
