Law Company Legal Alliance has developed a scheme of distribution of pharmaceutical products samples among patients for a big Swiss pharmaceutical company.

Within the frames of the project lawyers with Legal Alliance Company had specificly analyzed the possibility of implementation of similar schemes, including with involvement of doctors.

It should be noted that the order of distribution of pharmaceutical products samples in Ukraine is not legally governed yet. However, distribution of pharmaceutical products samples is one of the most important tools for promotion of products in the arsenal of pharmaceutical companies. So it is important to clearly imagine how to implement the project on distribution of pharmaceutical products samples among patients, in order not to exceed the frames established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
