Lawyers with Legal Alliance Law Company shall participate in a seminar on mergers and acquisitions

On September 9 this year (Thursday) from 10:00 to 17:00 in the analytical center "LIGABUSINESSINFORM" (Kiev, Shamrylo st., 23) will held a seminar-workshop "Mergers and Acquisitions: Legal and Tax Aspects."

During the event a Senior partner with Legal Alliance Law Company Ilya Kostin and a senior lawyer Andrey Gorbatenko shall deliver reports in the sections dedicated to legal aspects of implementation of mergers and acquisitions agreements and successful restructuring of business based on transactions of mergers and acquisitions.

In his report Mr. Gorbatenko shall talk about the basic characteristics and means of implementation of the M & A agreements, outline the main steps of a buyer and a seller in the preparatory level, stop on questions concerning due diligence, the basic documents of agreement as well as analyze the typical errors and negative factors that affect the results of agreements.

Mr. Kostin, in his turn, shall report in the block on business restructuring. During his presentation participants will learn how to use the restructuring in order to increase the value and attractiveness of their business to a buyer, about the basic methods, directions and stages of restructuring, how to choose the jurisdiction for construction of a holding, and many more.
