Legal Alliance Company upheld the Client’s position in a dispute on use of a trademark
Lawyers with Legal Alliance Company upheld in court proceeding position of the representative office of a large pharmaceutical company, acting as the defendant in the case on violation of a trademark intellectual property rights.
In the claim the plaintiff raised a question on legality of the use by the defendant - Client of Legal Alliance Company of a trademark, allegedly belonging to the plaintiff, as well as the right for the further use of such trademark in the territory of Ukraine.
During the court proceedings the Commercial Court of Kiev adopted a decision in favor of the defendant.
