Legal Alliance Company started a process of a half million USD debt recovering

Legal Alliance Company serves as the legal adviser of the Austrian company on issues of collection of a debt from the Ukrainian company, the amount of which exceeds 500 000 USD.

On July 17, 2010 the respective agreement was signed.

At this moment, the procedures of pre-trial dispute settlement are performed with respect to returning by the company-resident of Ukraine of the debt for supplied goods of industrial purpose to Ukraine.

Legal support of the project is performed by a partner with Legal Alliance Company Alexey Bezhevets and a lawyer Yana Kartseva.
