Legal Alliance Company held a training seminar in the Client–s office
On July 9, 2010 a Senior partner with Legal Alliance Company Ilya Kostin held a two-hour training seminar for the staff of the Client – Ukrainian representative office of a well-known pharmaceutical company, on a topic «The behaviour of the responsible employees during inspections of controlling bodies».
Within the frames of the seminar Mr. Kostin discussed the main questions arising from the unexpected visits of official bodies. First of all, it was referred to the behaviour and the order of actions of employees in the reception area, as well as other officers of the representative office, including IP specialists, the order of personal identification of controllers, verification of their powers, recording of the visit, answers to the questions in essence to inspection and to participation in any dialogue with the controllers, providing access to information.
According to Mr. Kostin: «In view of the increasing number of unexpected checks of controlling bodies in recent times, employees of the majority of companies are turned out to be not ready for it, primarily due to the lack of awareness about their rights. In many cases, wrong and incorrect behaviour of such employees during the «sudden» control significantly aggravates the situation. Therefore, in order to protect our Clients, we started the practice of holding of training seminars, where we step by step explain the «rules of conduct» in such situations, develop algorithms of actions and necessary regulatory instructions.»
